Watch the weight
Tile, plaster, lath and cast-iron tubs are heavy. Your quote's weight allowance should match what's coming out.
Time it to demolition
Have the dumpster delivered the day before demo starts and picked up once tear-out is done, so it isn't taking up the driveway during finish work.
